Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Nightfall Projections purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at bashirovalim0201@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your projector arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

1-Year Warranty
In addition to our 30-day return window, every Nightfall Projections unit is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What's Not Covered

• Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items (unless required by law in your region)

Return Shipping Address
Once your return is approved, we'll provide the correct return address — please don't send items back without confirming this first.
